We are currently seeking a curious and motivated Full-Stack IoT Intern to support the development of Battery Management Systems (BMS) and Electronic Control Units (ECUs) in our electric 2-wheeler platform. The intern will also be responsible for building real-time cloud-connected dashboards based on MQTT data.

Job Summary

As a Full-Stack IoT Intern, you will work alongside embedded and cloud engineers to:

• Interface with vehicle CAN networks
• Parse and process sensor data (e.g., battery, speed, GPS, IMU)
• Format and publish data to AWS IoT Core via MQTT
• Build a web dashboard that subscribes to MQTT topics and displays real-time telemetry
• Help build the full pipeline from CAN data to cloud to user interface

This role is ideal for students or fresh graduates who want hands-on experience across embedded systems, IoT communication, and web development.

Qualifications

Education (Pursuing or Completed):

• B.E./B.Tech or M.Tech in Electronics, Electrical, Computer Science, or Embedded Systems

Technical Skills (Must Have):

• Familiarity in C/C++ for microcontrollers
• Familiarity with AWS IoT Core or similar MQTT brokers
• Ability to parse data and construct JSON payloads
• Working knowledge of Wi-Fi communication and MQTT protocol
• Experience with JavaScript, React, or similar front-end web frameworks
• Ability to consume MQTT data via WebSocket and display in browser

Technical Skills (Good to Have):

• Backend experience using Node.js, Express, or Python Flask
• Tools like MQTT.fx, Postman, Tera Term, or Mosquitto
• Exposure to OTA updates, TLS security, or WebSocket integration

Soft Skills:

• Strong problem-solving attitude
• Willingness to learn and work across hardware and software domains
• Ability to document work clearly (README, wiring diagrams, payload schemas)
• Team player with good communication skills

What You'll Work On:

• CAN data acquisition from vehicle or simulator
• Real-time MQTT payload publishing to cloud
• Building a responsive web interface for live vehicle data
• Integrating the web interface with MQTT broker over WebSocket
• Supporting the backend team with data schema and API behavior
