What You Will Do:
- Drive the design, development, and deployment of robust software systems aligned with organisational objectives.
- Support project planning, resource allocation, and performance tracking to ensure timely and quality delivery.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Implement and optimise engineering processes, tools, and infrastructure for efficiency and scalability.
- Ensure adherence to architectural standards, security best practices, and compliance requirements.
- Provide technical guidance in Java Services, Angular/React Web frontend, cloud platforms (AWS), microservices, and DevOps practices.
- Support career development of technical people, and recruitment efforts.

What You Will Have:
- 10+ years of Enterprise software product development experience with strong coding and architectural skills.
- 5+ years of experience working in Application development involving multiple agile teams and driving technical decisions.
- Proficient in Java, Angular/React, cloud services (AWS/Azure), CI/CD, and modern architectural patterns.
- Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and application security.
- Experience with messaging systems (Kafka, Azure Service Bus, etc.) and API tools (Bruno/Postman, Swagger).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong proficiency in Java, JavaScript, with hands-on experience in Java/React and Angular.
- Proficiency in web technologies like HTML5, CSS3 etc.
- Exposure to Quality Assurance standards and Unit Testing/End to end testing technologies.
- Exposure to containerisation technologies like Docker and ECS or Kubernetes.
- Willing to work in EAME Shift (1PM to 10PM IST)
- This position requires candidate to work a 5-day -a -week schedule in the office
