3+ years of experience with Python and ReactJS
Experience applying best practices in code quality, testing, and deployment
Comfortable working in ambiguous environments and tight timelines for MVP launches
Proven ability to lead technical discussions within cross?functional teams
Familiarity with AWS (Lambda, services) or GCP
Develop and maintain full?stack features: frontend React and backend Python (AWS Lambda)
Implement best practices for testing, CI/CD, performance, security
Collaborate closely with designers, PMs, and QA to define and build MVPs
Lead architecture discussions and mentor peers on coding standards
Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, ensuring reliability and scalability
