Full Stack Engineer (Python, Angular)

As a Python Full Stack Developer at a banking client in New York, USA, you will work remotely in the EST time zone. Your role will involve developing business applications following the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) processes. This includes coding, code review, unit testing, integration testing, and collaborating with project teams to ensure accurate completion of assignments. You will be responsible for generating documentation, supporting QA and UAT, and effectively communicating with technical and non-technical stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: - Develop business applications in adherence to SDLC processes - Code, review code, and conduct unit and integration testing - Collaborate with project teams for accurate completion of assignments - Ensure business applications meet requirements and generate relevant documentation - Support QA and UAT processes - Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders Qualifications Required: - Minimum of 5-7 years of relevant work experience - Proficiency in Python with Django or Flask for backend development - Experience with Angular for frontend development - Familiarity with MS SQL Server for database management - Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and database management - Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Angular, Type Script, Java Script, .Net, SQL - Experience with software development tools like VS Code, Visual Studio, SQL Management Studio - Proficiency in version control systems, particularly Team Foundation Server (TFS) - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills - Effective communication and interpersonal abilities - Proficiency in documentation - Ability to multitask, fast learner, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and other Office products Please note that effective communication and interpersonal skills, along with proficiency in documentation are crucial for this role.
