Technical Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Architect and design complex systems using

  Microservices

  Event-Driven design patterns

• Develop highly scalable, distributed transactional systems and mission-critical applications.
• Ensure production readiness aspects like

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Engineering, QA, DevSecOps, Product, Business) to meet organizational milestones.
• Manage and mentor vendor/partner development teams.

• Handle Non-Functional Requirements (Security, Performance, Analytics, Audit/Logging, Monitoring/Alerting).

• Strong experience in

  and backend development.
• Expertise in
