We are seeking ahighly skilled Full stack Engineer to join our critical response team. Thesuccessful candidate will be responsible for analyzing technical issues and identifying the root cause of theissues reported by customers . The ideal candidate will possessrobust problem-solving capabilities, exceptional communication skills, and adedication to delivering outstanding customer experience . This role involves diagnosing, troubleshooting, andresolving software, hardware, and product/process-related issues beforeit becomes critical.

Requirements
Experience: 2-3 years

Roles and Responsibilities:
TechnicalTroubleshooting:
  • - Diagnose andresolve software, hardware, and network-related problems.
  • - Possesshands-on experience with REST API troubleshooting, including API calls and SQLqueries.
  • - Demonstratefoundational knowledge of Authentication/Authorization protocols such as OAuth,JWT, and SSO.
  • - Proficiency inutilizing Browser Developer Tools for network tab analysis and consoledebugging.
  • - Familiaritywith Frontend Basics, including HTML/CSS/JavaScript troubleshooting.Familiarity with frameworks like React /Angular is a plus.
  • - Basicunderstanding of Web Security concepts such as CORS, XSS, CSRF, and SSL/TLSissues.
  • - Competence inLog Analysis using tools like grep, awk, sed, and log aggregation platforms.
  • - Aptitude inscripting (Python, PowerShell, Bash) for automation purposes.
  • - Understandingof Session Management, including cookie troubleshooting and local/sessionstorage.
  • - Ability toreproduce and accurately document bugs for product and engineering teams.
  • - Ability to use AI tools to createnecessary software scripts to help troubleshoot.
  • - Provide clear,step-by-step r unbooks forcustomer facing teams to follow

    Documentation & Knowledge Sharing:
    • - Create andupdate comprehensive internal and customer-facing knowledge base articles.
    • - Familiaritywith documentation tools such as Confluence, Wiki.js, FreshDesk, or similarplatforms.
    • - Thoroughlydocument troubleshooting steps, solutions, and best practices.

      Collaboration:
      • - Collaborateclosely with cross-functional teams along with different Engineering teams, Quality Assurance, Product to resolverecurring issues.
      • - Activelyparticipate in team meetings to discuss emerging trends, challenges, andopportunities for process improvement.
        Desired Skills:
        • - Education: Bachelordegree in Computer Science, InformationTechnology, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
        • - Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience in software engineering.
          Preferred Qualifications (Bonus):
          - Familiaritywith SaaS, cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure), or relevant software products.
          Soft Skills:
          • - Stronganalytical and problem-solving abilities.
          • - Excellentwritten and verbal communication skills.
          • - Patience andempathy in interactions with customers.
          • - Ability to stay calm underpressure and manage multiple priorities.
          • - This job includes rotationalshifts and week offs; attendance at the office is required during day shifts
