Summary: As a Full Stack Engineer, a typical day involves designing and building comprehensive system features that span from the user interface to the backend infrastructure. This role requires actively engaging in the entire development lifecycle, ensuring seamless integration and functionality. The engineer collaborates with various stakeholders to deliver innovative solutions that enhance client services. Embracing a cloud-first and agile approach, the day includes exploring and applying new technologies to address complex business challenges effectively, while continuously improving system performance and user experience. Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead the design and implementation of scalable software solutions that meet business requirements.
• Mentor junior team members to foster professional growth and technical excellence.
• Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure alignment and timely delivery of project milestones.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Java Full Stack Development.
• Experience with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks.
• Strong knowledge of backend development including RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms and deployment strategies.
• Understanding of database management and integration techniques.
• Ability to work within agile development environments and utilize version control systems.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Java Full Stack Development.
• This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
