Leverage new technologies that can be applied to solve challenging business problems with a cloud first and agile mindset.

Summary: As a Full Stack Engineer, a typical day involves overseeing the complete development lifecycle of software features, ensuring seamless integration from the user interface to backend systems. The role requires actively contributing to the design and implementation of innovative solutions that enhance client services. Daily activities include collaborating with cross-functional teams to address complex business challenges, adopting a cloud-first approach, and applying agile methodologies to deliver high-quality software products efficiently and effectively. Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
• Lead the coordination of development efforts to ensure alignment with project goals and timelines.
• Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance software quality and team productivity.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Java Full Stack Development.
• Good To Have Skills: Experience with Spring Boot.
• Strong knowledge of front-end technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks.
• Experience in designing and developing RESTful APIs and microservices.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms and deployment strategies.
• Ability to work with version control systems and continuous integration tools.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Java Full Stack Development.
• This position is based at our Gurugram office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
