Summary: As a Full Stack Engineer, a typical day involves designing, building, and refining comprehensive system features that span from the user interface to the backend infrastructure. This role requires actively engaging in the full software development lifecycle, collaborating with various teams to ensure seamless integration and functionality. The engineer continuously explores and applies emerging technologies to create innovative solutions that address complex business challenges. Working within an agile environment, the role emphasizes delivering high-quality, scalable, and efficient software that enhances client services and supports evolving business needs. Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
• Lead the design and implementation of scalable software solutions that align with business objectives.
• Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.
• Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure timely delivery of project milestones.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Java Full Stack Development.
• Experience with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks.
• Strong knowledge of backend development, including RESTful API design and database management.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms and deployment strategies.
• Ability to work with version control systems and continuous integration tools.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Java Full Stack Development.
• This position is based at our Chennai office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
