Full Stack Developer - ROR (React.js / React Native / Ruby on Rails / PostgreSQL)

About the Role :

We are looking for a Full-Stack Developer to design, build, and maintain our web and mobile applications. You will work across the stack, using React.js / React Native for front end development and Ruby on Rails (RoR) with PostgreSQL for back end services and data management.

Key Responsibilities :

Design and develop scalable web and mobile applications using React.js (Web) and React Native (iOS & Android).

Build, maintain, and enhance RESTful services and APIs using Ruby on Rails.

Develop and manage PostgreSQL database schemas, queries, and performance optimization.

Implement and maintain the Admin Console with advanced control and administration features.

Ensure seamless integration between front end and back end systems.

Collaborate with designers, product managers, and QA teams to deliver highquality applications.

Optimize applications for performance, responsiveness, and security.

Write clean, maintainable, and testable code with proper documentation.

Troubleshoot and debug production issues across the stack.

Required Skills & Experience :

Strong experience in Ruby on Rails (RoR) development, including API design and integration.

Proficiency in React.js for web applications and React Native for mobile applications (iOS & Android).

Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL, including schema design and query optimization.

Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and client server communication.

Experience with version control systems (Git) and CI/CD workflows.

Familiarity with cloud environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure) is a plus.

Strong problem solving, debugging, and performance optimization skills.

Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Nice to Have Skills :

Knowledge of GraphQL or other API architectures.

Experience with containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes).

Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Exposure to testing frameworks (RSpec, Jest, Cypress, etc.).

Education & Experience

Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

36 years of relevant full-stack development experience.
