Full Stack Developer- React /Python

As a Full Stack Developer at our company, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, testing, and deploying scalable web applications with a focus on performance, user experience, and maintainability. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end solutions. With 5 years of experience, your expertise in React (frontend) and Python (backend) will be key to your success. **Key Responsibilities:** - Contribute to the full software development lifecycle, from planning and architecture to development, testing, deployment, and maintenance. - Take ownership of specific features/modules, ensuring high performance, scalability, and reliability. - Work closely with UI/UX designers, backend engineers, and product managers to shape the user experience. - Propose and implement improvements in architecture, performance, and development processes. **Qualifications Required:** - Frontend: React.js, Redux or Context API, TypeScript/JavaScript, Hooks, HTML5, CSS3, Responsive Design (Bootstrap, TailwindCSS) - Backend: Python (Django / Flask), RESTful API development, Async programming - Databases: PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB - DevOps/Tools: Git, Docker, CI/CD (GitHub Actions, Jenkins), Postman - Testing: PyTest, Unit Tests, Jest, React Testing Library - Cloud (preferred): AWS, Azure, or GCP (basic services knowledge) - Soft Skills: Problem-solving, clear communication, time management, team collaboration In addition to your technical skills, you will benefit from performance-based incentives, learning & upskilling opportunities, training and development, flexible and transparent work arrangement, and fun & team engagement activities.
