Full Stack Developer MERN Stack

As a Full Stack Developer specializing in MERN Stack with over 5 years of experience, you will be joining Compileinfy Technology Solutions Pvt. Ltd. in Hyderabad. This position is available as either a permanent role or on a contract basis, requiring your on-site presence on a full-time basis. Your primary responsibilities will include designing and developing scalable web applications, leading end-to-end development efforts, and mentoring junior developers. Your proficiency in Node.js, React.js, Express.js, and database management will be crucial for this role. You will be expected to have experience with cloud deployments, specifically AWS, and be adept at working with RESTful APIs. Additionally, any leadership experience and familiarity with AWS Amplify will be considered advantageous. Your day-to-day tasks will involve designing, developing, and deploying scalable web applications using the MERN Stack, guiding junior developers, writing clean and efficient code with a focus on performance and security, building and integrating RESTful APIs, managing database structures and queries, and collaborating with various teams including UI/UX designers, DevOps, and product owners. Troubleshooting and debugging production issues, ensuring robust CI/CD pipelines, and code deployments are also part of your responsibilities. Key mandatory skills for this role include proficiency in Node.js, React.js, and Express.js, strong knowledge of database design and query optimization, experience with Git and cloud deployments (especially AWS), expertise in RESTful API development, and a good understanding of design patterns and coding standards. Familiarity with AWS Amplify is a plus, and any prior team leadership or mentoring experience will be preferred.
