FULL Stack Developer (MEAN)

You are a skilled and driven MEAN Stack Developer with 3 years of experience in strong AI integration capabilities. Your role is crucial for our New Neoloop HR platform as you will be responsible for implementing a self-hosted AI Agent based on Mistral for automated job post generation and applicant pre-qualification. As a MEAN Stack Developer, your tasks will include developing web applications, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality software that meets user needs and company goals. You must possess expertise in Node.js for API development and backend logic, have experience with LLMs such as Mistral, LLaMA, or comparable open-source models, and be familiar with LangChain or CrewAI frameworks for agent orchestration. Additionally, you should excel in JSON modeling of structured data, REST API design & integration, and be proficient in either MongoDB or PostgreSQL. An understanding of data protection regulations like GDPR in AI-driven applications is also required. Nice-to-Have skills include experience with vector databases, Prompt Engineering & Few-Shot Learning strategies, deploying LLMs on AWS GPU instances, basic understanding of Angular-to-API communication, and familiarity with Speech-to-Text (STT) and Text-to-Speech (TTS) processing tools. Candidates who have previously integrated AI models into operational platforms, especially in the HRTech or ERPTech environment, will be given priority.
