As a Full Stack Developer (Node.js / JavaScript) at InnoVites in Chennai, you will play a key role in developing and maintaining backend services using Node.js and frontend applications using React.js. Collaborating with product managers and designers, you will contribute to user-centric features, write clean and testable code, and actively participate in technical discussions and code reviews. The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, with at least 4-5 years of hands-on experience in JavaScript-based full stack development. Proficiency in Node.js, REST APIs, React or Angular, Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Docker-based environments is required. Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and a willingness to learn and adapt are essential qualities for this role. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain backend services using Node.js, Nest.js, and related frameworks. - Build responsive and user-friendly frontend applications using React.js, Next.js, or similar technologies. - Collaborate with product managers and designers to deliver user-centric features and solutions. - Write clean, maintainable, and testable code following best practices and development standards. - Contribute to API design, optimize system performance, and support architectural decisions. - Actively participate in code reviews, agile meetings, and technical discussions.
