Job Description

The primary role as part of the Infosys delivery team involves interfacing with the client for quality assurance issue resolution and ensuring high customer satisfaction. You will be responsible for understanding requirements, creating and reviewing designs, validating the architecture, and ensuring high levels of service offerings to clients in the technology domain. Additionally, you will participate in project estimation, provide inputs for solution delivery, conduct technical risk planning, perform code reviews, and unit test plan reviews. Leading and guiding your teams towards developing optimized high-quality code deliverables, continual knowledge management, and adherence to organizational guidelines and processes are also key aspects of the role. Your contributions will be vital in building efficient programs and systems.
