Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain mobile applications using

  Flutter

  with high-quality UI/UX.
• Build and scale APIs and backends using

  Django/Python

  .
• Apply

  design patterns and architectural best practices

  to ensure clean, maintainable code.
• Design relational database schemas (

  PostgreSQL/MySQL

  ) and optimize performance.
• Collaborate closely with product and design teams to deliver features on time.
• Take

  ownership

  of assigned modulesdrive them from design through to production.
• Write unit/integration tests and ensure code reliability.
• Proactively suggest improvements in architecture, performance, and user experience.

Requirements

• 35 years of professional development experience.

• Strong hands-on experience with

  Flutter

  (state management, offline-first apps, deployment to Android & iOS).
• Solid backend development with

  Django/Python

  (ORM, authentication, RESTful APIs).
• Strong understanding of

  design patterns, clean code, and software architecture principles

  (MVC, MVVM, layered architecture, etc.).
• Familiarity with relational databases (

  PostgreSQL/MySQL

  ) and query optimization.
• Comfortable with

  Git

  and collaborative workflows.
• Passionate about programming, eager to learn, and driven by building high-quality products.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Good to Have

• Exposure to

  CI/CD pipelines, Docker, or containerization
