Full Stack Developer

As a Full-Stack Developer at our company, you will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining web and mobile applications. You will have the opportunity to work with React.js / React Native for front end development and Ruby on Rails (RoR) with PostgreSQL for back end services and data management. Key Responsibilities: - Design and develop scalable web and mobile applications using React.js (Web) and React Native (iOS & Android). - Build, maintain, and enhance RESTful services and APIs using Ruby on Rails. - Develop and manage PostgreSQL database schemas, queries, and performance optimization. - Implement and maintain the Admin Console with advanced control and administration features. - Ensure seamless integration between front end and back end systems. - Collaborate with designers, product managers, and QA teams to deliver high-quality applications. - Optimize applications for performance, responsiveness, and security. - Write clean, maintainable, and testable code with proper documentation. - Troubleshoot and debug production issues across the stack. Required Skills & Experience: - Strong experience in Ruby on Rails (RoR) development, including API design and integration. - Proficiency in React.js for web applications and React Native for mobile applications (iOS & Android). - Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL, including schema design and query optimization. - Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and client-server communication. - Experience with version control systems (Git) and CI/CD workflows. - Familiarity with cloud environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure) is a plus. - Strong problem-solving, debugging, and performance optimization skills. - Excellent communication and collaboration abilities. Nice to Have Skills: - Knowledge of GraphQL or other API architectures. - Experience with containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes). - Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies. - Exposure to testing frameworks (RSpec, Jest, Cypress, etc.). Education & Experience: - Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. - 3-6 years of relevant full-stack development experience.
