As a Full Stack Developer at Sapience1, you will be part of a team dedicated to revolutionizing how families discover and access youth services through the utilization of behavioral AI, intelligent design, and seamless technology. Your role will involve collaborating directly with our CTO and core product team to develop robust, scalable, and AI-integrated features. You will be responsible for building full-stack functionalities using technologies such as React.js, Node.js, and MongoDB/PostgreSQL. Additionally, you will contribute to the development of AI-powered experiences including smart service matching, personalized dashboards, and behavioral insights. To excel in this role, you should possess at least 2-5 years of hands-on experience in full-stack development and be proficient in JavaScript/TypeScript, React.js, and Node.js. Familiarity with AI tools and APIs, as well as expertise in database design and API integration (MongoDB/PostgreSQL), will be advantageous. We value individuals who are eager to innovate, iterate quickly, and prioritize clarity, ownership, and momentum in their work. Our tech stack comprises frontend technologies like React.js and Next.js, backend technologies including Node.js and Express, and databases such as MongoDB and PostgreSQL. We leverage tools like Azure, GitHub, and CI/CD for DevOps, and utilize AI solutions from OpenAI and LangChain. Collaboration is facilitated through platforms like MS Teams, Figma, and Jira. In return for your contributions, we offer a competitive compensation package ranging from 80,000 to 1,20,000 INR per month, commensurate with your skill set and performance.
