Full Stack Developer

As a Senior Full Stack Developer at 42Works, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable web applications using MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js) and Laravel (PHP). You will collaborate closely with product managers, UI/UX designers, and fellow developers to deliver high-quality solutions. Your responsibilities will include developing, testing, and deploying full-stack web applications, writing clean and well-documented code, troubleshooting and optimizing applications, integrating third-party APIs, and mentoring junior developers. Key Responsibilities: - Develop, test, and deploy full-stack web applications using MERN stack and Laravel. - Collaborate with product managers, UI/UX designers, and other developers to deliver high-quality solutions. - Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code. - Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize applications for performance and scalability. - Integrate third-party APIs and manage backend services. - Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews. - Stay updated with emerging technologies and best practices in full-stack development. Required Skills & Qualifications: - 4-10 years of experience in full-stack development. - Strong hands-on experience with Laravel framework. - Expertise in MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js). - Proficient in RESTful APIs, authentication/authorization mechanisms, and database design. - Solid understanding of front-end technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React.js. - Experience with version control systems (Git). - Familiarity with cloud services and deployment processes is a plus. - Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
