Full-Stack AI-First Developer

As a full-stack engineer at TitanDef Co., you will play a crucial role in architecting and delivering the next generation of our cybersecurity, governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) platform. Your responsibilities will include: - Integrate AI-Generated Front-End Code: Seamlessly integrate React/Next.js components generated from UI/UX designs into our SaaS platform, ensuring clean and maintainable code aligned with overall architecture and business logic. - Back-End Development: Architect and build the backend using Node.js and PostgreSQL to support features like risk assessments, task tracking, and strategic oversight dashboards. - Full-Stack Integration: Connect front-end code with backend APIs, authentication, business logic, data pipelines, and state management for a cohesive platform that improves maintainability, performance, security, and accessibility. - AI Tooling Leadership: Drive the adoption and integration of modern AI engineering tools within our development workflow, setting up tools like Cursor AI and Claude AI based on successful POCs and advisor guidance. - Collaboration: Work closely with founders to iterate on user flows, polish UX, resolve edge cases, and deliver a production-ready product. - Reporting & Visualization: Develop and maintain reporting features, including downloadable PDFs and interactive web summaries for compliance and leadership teams. - Authentication & Security: Implement secure authentication, email notifications, and follow OWASP best practices. - Modern Workflow: Leverage best-in-class workflows for rapid and efficient development. - Office Mode: Start hybrid/remote with a shift to a Bangalore office in 23 months. Qualifications: - Thrive in fast-paced startup environments with a user-first mindset. - 3-5 years of full-stack development experience. - Proficiency in Next.js, React, Tailwind CSS, Node.js, PostgreSQL, and TypeScript. - Experience with REST or tRPC APIs, Git workflows, and async collaboration. - Required experience with Cursor AI and Vercel v0 for seamless integration of AI-generated code. - Preferred experience with SaaS tools, PDF/report generation, and exposure to cyber GRC platforms.
