Overview:

We are hiring an AI Engineer to design, deploy, and scale AI solutions across multiple domains. The ideal candidate should combine machine learning expertise, software engineering skills, client-facing experience, and the ability to train and collaborate with teammates, even with less than 2 years of industry experience.

Responsibilities:

Develop and deploy AI/ML pipelines for predictive analytics, classification, and recommendation systems.

Implement scalable AI solutions using cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and MLOps tools.

Apply SOLID principles to build robust, maintainable, and scalable AI systems.

Collaborate with data engineers and product teams to integrate AI into production systems.

Optimize ML models for performance, scalability, and reliability.

Monitor, evaluate, and retrain models for continuous improvement.

Provide training and support to teammates to strengthen AI/ML knowledge within the team.

Participate in AI client calls and projects, ensuring technical clarity and successful delivery.

Support collaborative brainstorming and contribute to team-wide problem-solving.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI/ML, or related field.

1–2 years of industrial experience in AI/ML engineering.

Proficiency in Python, SQL, and ML frameworks (scikit-learn, PyTorch, TensorFlow).

Experience with model deployment, APIs, and cloud environments.

Knowledge of MLOps practices (Docker, CI/CD, monitoring).

Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software engineering principles.

Familiarity with SOLID principles for maintainable software design.

Excellent communication skills, ability to train peers, and collaborate effectively with teams.

Ability to engage with clients, present solutions, and manage project deliverables.
