Design and format manuals, guides, and other documents using brand guidelines. Develop layouts that enhance readability and user experience. Collaborate with the internal team (marketing, operations, real estate, leadership) to understand design needs. Incorporate visuals, icons, and graphics to support the content. Ensure consistency in fonts, colors, and overall design style. Deliver print-ready and digital-friendly versions of the manual. Required Skills Experience Proven experience in graphic design, document layout, or publication design . Proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and/or Canva . Strong eye for typography, spacing, and visual hierarchy . Experience designing manuals, handbooks, reports, or corporate documents preferred. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
