Fuel & Exhaust Engineer

Role Overview: As a member of the Powertrain Installation team at Volvo Group in Bangalore, you will be part of a group of passionate engineers dedicated to designing, developing, and delivering projects within the Chassis Engineering Department. Your primary responsibilities will include designing components, collaborating with various departments, addressing quality issues, and preparing engineering reports based on test outcomes. Key Responsibilities: - Design components for powertrain installation - Collaborate with various departments to ensure project requirements are met - Address quality issues and implement necessary improvements - Prepare engineering reports based on test outcomes Qualifications Required: - Graduation or post-graduation in Mechanical/Automobile/Production/Industrial Engineering - 2-5 years of experience in the automotive industry or mechanical domain - Previous experience in the Automobile domain - Familiarity with CAD tools like Creo - Knowledge of design of Sheet metal and Casting brackets with GD&T awareness - Experience in Design of Exhaust System or Fuel System would be beneficial - Knowledge of product design & development cycle Additional Company Details: Volvo Group is committed to shaping the future of efficient, safe, and sustainable transport solutions.
