Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Tour Consultant located in South Delhi. The Senior Tour Consultant will be responsible for organizing and coordinating guided tours, providing travel consulting services, and ensuring exceptional customer service. Day-to-day tasks include planning itineraries, liaising with clients, managing travel logistics, and maintaining comprehensive communication with clients to ensure a seamless travel experience. Qualifications Experience in Guided Tours and Travel & Tourism Strong Communication and Customer Service skills Proficiency in Travel Consulting, including itinerary planning and execution Excellent organizational and time management skills A bachelor's degree in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field Knowledge of domestic and international travel destinations Flexibility to travel when required Ability to work independently and as part of a team
