About the Role We are seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Developer with expertise in Python (Django) and React + TypeScript to join our growing technology team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in backend integration, API development, and front-end engineering, along with exposure to enterprise systems integration. 📍 Location: Marol, Mumbai (On-site) 🕒 Experience: 1–2 years Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain scalable applications using Python (Django). Work on backend integrations and build secure, high-performance APIs (REST & JSON). Develop responsive and interactive front-end applications using React + TypeScript. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless integrations with enterprise tools. Ensure clean, well-structured, and maintainable code. Support CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes. Main Skills Needed Strong expertise in Python (Django stack). Experience with integration work on the backend. Proficiency in React + TypeScript (front-end). Hands-on experience with RESTful & JSON APIs. Strong background in building and managing integrations. Exposure to Workday and Coupa integrations (not essential but highly desirable). Nice-to-Have Skills Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365). SAP SuccessFactors. SAP Fieldglass. Tech Environment Python (Django, fully type-enforced with mypy). React + TypeScript. REST & GraphQL APIs (migration in progress). GitHub Actions / CI. Heroku, Docker for deployments.
