Roles & Responsibilities

• Deliver instructor-led training on

  Java Core, Advanced Java, Spring Boot, Hibernate, and Full Stack technologies

  .
• Conduct hands-on sessions on

  Microservices architecture, REST APIs, and enterprise application development

  .
• Integrate

  AI-assisted development tools

  (e.g., ChatGPT, GitHub Copilot, Gemini, CodeWhisperer) into coding practices and training workflows.
• Teach learners how to use

  AI for code generation, debugging, testing, documentation, and productivity improvement

  .
• Design and develop

  training materials, labs, assignments, projects, and case studies

  combining Java Full Stack and AI-enabled development.
• Facilitate

  live coding sessions, workshops, and real-world project-based learning

  .
• Guide trainees on

  prompt engineering fundamentals and responsible AI usage in software development

  .
• Assess learner performance through tests, practical evaluations, and project reviews, and provide structured feedback.
  
• Mentor freshers and professionals to improve

  problem-solving, coding standards, and industry best practices

  .
• Update and enhance curriculum regularly to include

  latest Java frameworks, AI tools, and emerging technologies

  .
• Collaborate with academic and industry stakeholders to align training programs with

  current enterprise technology requirements

  .
• Track learner progress using learning analytics and ensure

  course completion and skill readiness

  .
• Stay updated with advancements in

  Generative AI, AI-powered development tools, and modern full-stack practices

  .
