Improve existing products for better taste, texture, and shelf-life. Conduct small trials and scale up for production. Ensure compliance with FSSAI and food safety standards. Work with production, quality, and marketing teams for smooth product launches. Check raw materials and packaging to maintain quality. Requirements: Degree in Food Technology / Food Science. Min 2 years’ experience in sauces or condiments . Knowledge of food safety, preservatives, and process handling.
