Company: Pal Frozen Foods Position: Chef Frozen RTE Product Development Location: Haldwani Experience: 5-10 Yrs Job Summary We’re looking for a skilled and creative chef to develop and improve frozen Ready-to-Eat (RTE) snack products like spring rolls, momos, and coated items. This role blends culinary expertise with food science to bring innovative, scalable products to market. Key Responsibilities: Develop and refine frozen snack recipes based on trends and consumer preferences. Conduct kitchen trials, sensory evaluations, and shelf-life testing. Collaborate with production for scale-up and quality consistency. Work with QA to ensure food safety and compliance (FSSAI, HACCP). Partner with Marketing and Procurement for product launches and sourcing. Stay updated on market trends, ingredients, and technology. Train production staff on recipes and SOPs. Requirements: Culinary degree/diploma or food tech background. 5-10 years’ experience in frozen/RTE product development. Strong knowledge of frozen snacks, food processing, and hygiene standards. Creative, detail-oriented, and a team player.
