We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Full Stack Developer (Angular & Java) at the Senior or Principal level to join our dynamic team. This role necessitates deep hands-on technical proficiency in both frontend and backend development, in addition to the ability to lead technical discussions, mentor team members, and contribute to shaping the architecture and delivery of complex solutions. The ideal candidate is an experienced professional capable of working independently and collaboratively in fast-paced, agile environments. To qualify for this position, you should possess a BE, ME/MTech, MCA, MSC, or relevant degree-level education, or equivalent industry experience, along with a minimum of 10 years of experience in working as a Full Stack Developer with Angular & Java. Key Responsibilities include designing, developing, and maintaining robust and scalable full stack applications using modern frameworks and technologies. You will lead or contribute to architectural decisions, ensuring code quality, performance, and maintainability. Collaborating with cross-functional teams including Product, QA, UX, and DevOps is crucial to deliver high-quality software. Participating in code reviews, technical planning sessions, and sprint ceremonies, as well as mentoring junior and mid-level engineers, are integral parts of the role. Ensuring applications meet security, reliability, and scalability standards is also a key aspect of this position. Additionally, you will continuously evaluate emerging technologies and advocate for their adoption when appropriate. The Technical Skills Required for this role include expertise in Frontend Leadership, Backend Systems, Database Architecture, System Integration, Performance Engineering, and Security Architecture. Proficiency in Angular (preferred), React, Java (Spring Boot), Node.js, SQL, NoSQL databases, along with experience in RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, version control (Git), and testing tools is essential. Nice-To-Have qualifications encompass active GitHub profile, technical research experience, community involvement in tech meetups, hackathons, mentoring programs, continuous learning through online courses, certifications, and tech conferences.
