Frontend Developer - React.js/Javascript

As a React.js Developer at Grapes, your responsibilities will include developing new user-facing features, creating reusable components and libraries for future use, collaborating with cross-functional teams to define and design new features, translating designs and wireframes into high-quality code, optimizing components for maximum performance across various web-capable devices and browsers, conducting thorough code reviews to maintain high-quality standards, staying updated with the latest industry trends and technologies in front-end development, troubleshooting and debugging issues during development and in production environments, and working closely with designers, product managers, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery. Additionally, you will be expected to mentor and assist junior developers when necessary. The ideal candidate for this role should possess a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience), along with a minimum of 3-4 years of professional experience in React.js development. You should have a strong proficiency in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model, a thorough understanding of React.js and its core principles, experience with popular React.js workflows such as Redux or MobX, familiarity with modern front-end build pipelines and tools like Babel, Webpack, and NPM, proficiency in using version control systems like Git, a solid understanding of HTML5 and CSS3, strong problem-solving and analytical skills, excellent communication and collaboration abilities, the ability to work independently and in a team environment, and be detail-oriented with a strong commitment to producing high-quality work.
