Job Summary

As a Front End Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a safe and secure environment at the front end of our hotel

Exp: Min 2 year experience in Hotel

Duties

• Monitor and authorize entrance and departure of employees, visitors, and other persons
• Provide excellent customer service by greeting and assisting customers at the front end
• Operate CCTV systems to monitor activities in designated areas
• Respond to alarms and security incidents promptly
• Handle conflict management situations professionally and efficiently
• Assist with loss prevention efforts by being vigilant and observant
• Maintain a clean and organized front end area

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
