Job Description

Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Service & Hospitality

Greet and welcome clients warmly upon arrival, guiding them to their beauty stations or waiting areas.
Provide refreshments (water, coffee, tea) and maintain a highly accommodating salon environment.
Handle customer complaints or booking issues professionally and escalate them to management when necessary.

Front Desk Operations & Scheduling

Manage appointment scheduling using salon management software, optimizing time slots for stylists and beauticians.
Answer incoming phone calls, respond to text/email inquiries, and confirm upcoming appointments.
Coordinate walk-in traffic and manage the salon waitlist efficiently.

Sales & Financial Transactions

Process point-of-sale (POS) payments (cash, credit cards, gift cards) and provide accurate change and receipts.
Promote and upsell salon retail products, additional services, or ongoing promotional packages.
Perform daily cash drawer balancing and end-of-day sales reporting.

Administrative & Salon Upkeep

Update and maintain client profiles with contact details, preference notes, and history of services provided.
Keep the reception area, retail shelves, and front desk clean, organized, and pristine.
Monitor retail and front-desk inventory levels, reporting shortages to the manager.

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
