Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome guests and clients as they arrive at the office.
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls in a professional manner.
  • Maintain the reception area in a tidy and presentable manner with all necessary materials (e.g., brochures, forms, stationery).
  • Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail/deliveries.
  • Schedule meetings, appointments, and conference rooms.
  • Assist in administrative tasks such as data entry, record-keeping, and filing.
  • Maintain security by following procedures and controlling access (e.g., monitoring visitor log, issuing visitor passes).
  • Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email.
  • Coordinate with internal departments and support staff as required.
  • Ensure front desk activities comply with company policies and procedures.
