Job Description

We are looking for a friendly and professional Front Office Receptionist to manage our front desk and provide administrative support. As the first point of contact for visitors and clients, you will play a key role in creating a positive first impression.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and professional manner
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
  • Maintain the reception area and attendance record.
  • Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail and deliveries
  • Assist with basic administrative tasks such as stationery record.
  • Provide accurate information to clients and guests
  • Follow security procedures for visitors and staff

Requirements:

Graduate.

Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, etc.)

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Professional appearance and attitude

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
