Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome visitors, guests, and students in a warm and professional manner
  • Handle Students & query
  • Manage telephone calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries
  • Maintain visitor logs, appointment schedules, and front desk records
  • Coordinate with internal departments for smooth communication
  • Assist with basic administrative and clerical tasks
  • Keep the front desk clean, organized, and presentable
  • Provide accurate information about services, rooms, classes, or facilities
  • Manage bookings, reservations, or registration entries (if applicable)✅ Qualifications & Skills:
  • Minimum 12th pass; Diploma in Hotel Management preferred
  • Proficiency in English and Hindi (written & spoken)
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, emails, data entry)
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Presentable, well-groomed, and customer-friendly attitude
  • Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Morning shift

Work Location: In person
