About the Role:

Sriyam Hospital is looking for a well-spoken, organized, and professional Front Office Executive to be the first point of contact for patients and visitors. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills and a friendly attitude to ensure smooth daily operations at the reception.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist patients, visitors, and vendors
• Manage incoming calls and appointment scheduling
• Maintain patient records and front desk documentation
• Coordinate with hospital departments for smooth workflow
• Handle billing and basic administrative tasks

Qualifications:

• Minimum qualification: Graduate or 12th Pass with relevant experience
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, hospital software preferred)
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Prior experience in hospital/clinic front office is a plus
• Freshers can also apply
