Job Summary:
Edify School Kadapa is looking for a polished, confident, and organized Front Office Executive to oversee front-desk operations and create a warm, smooth, and professional experience for all parents, students, visitors, and staff.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist students, parents, and guests with courtesy and clarity.
• Handle phone calls and emails with professionalism and timely responses.
• Arrange appointments and manage meeting room schedules efficiently.
• Provide administrative support to various departments as needed.
• Monitor and manage office supplies and requisitions.
• Ensure the reception area is clean, orderly, and presentable at all times.

Candidate Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in Front Office, Reception, or Administrative roles.
• Female candidates only.
• Excellent communication abilities and strong interpersonal skills.
• Good command of MS Office and essential office applications.
• Organized, presentable, and customer-oriented with a positive attitude.
