Key responsibilities:

1. Greet and assist all visitors in a friendly and professional manner 2. Handle incoming calls and route them to the appropriate departments 3. Manage the front desk area and keep it organized and presentable 4. Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for the team 5. Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and photocopying 6. Communicate with vendors and coordinate office supplies orders 7. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and workflow
