Front Office Associate

Department: Front Office
Reports to: Front Office Manager

Role Summary

Handle incoming calls and room reservations, ensuring every guest enquiry is answered promptly, accurately, and courteously.

Key Responsibilities

• Answer calls within three rings, transfer them correctly, and handle wake-up calls and messages
• Provide information on rooms, rates, facilities, and services
• Accept and manage reservations (phone, email, website, OTAs) in the PMS
• Quote correct rates, upsell room categories and services, and confirm bookings in writing
• Record guest preferences and special requests
• Coordinate with housekeeping, F&B, and the front desk
• Follow emergency protocols and keep guest information confidential
• Maintain shift logs and handover notes

Requirements

• Diploma or Bsc hotel management preferred
• 1 to 2 years of experience in a front office or reservations role (freshers with good communication may apply)
• Knowledge of PMS and MS Office
• Clear telephone voice and excellent English; Multilingual is an advantage
• Accuracy, multitasking, and sales skills
• Service charge and incentive will be provided as per the company policy

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
