Job Description

As a Front End Technical Lead specializing in Next.JS development, you will be responsible for leading the development of modern, responsive web applications. With a required experience level of 9-14 years in front-end development, you will need to possess expertise in Next.js (mandatory), along with React or Angular. Your strong skills in JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and Material UI will be essential for this role. Additionally, proficiency in tools like Webpack, Vite, Babel, and Git is expected. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, reviewing code, enforcing best practices, and mentoring team members. It will be crucial to optimize performance and ensure high-quality UI/UX by leveraging your deep understanding of responsive design and cross-browser compatibility. Strong problem-solving abilities and performance tuning skills will be key in this position. The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership and communication abilities, along with the capability to lead-FE effectively. Immediate joiners are preferred, and candidates serving a notice period should be able to join within 15-20 days. This position is based in any Accion Labs office in India, with a preference for locations such as Bangalore, Pune, Mumbai, Noida, Indore, or Hyderabad.
