Front Desk Receptionist/Admin

As a front desk receptionist, you will be a key member of our team, responsible for providing a friendly and organized welcome to all visitors and callers. Your role will be vital in ensuring a positive first impression for our clients and guests. Your main responsibilities will include greeting and welcoming visitors with a warm and professional demeanor, answering and directing phone calls efficiently, managing and distributing mail, and maintaining a neat and inviting reception area. Additionally, you will be expected to assist with various administrative tasks as needed to support the smooth operation of the office. To excel in this role, you should possess excellent communication skills, present a professional appearance and demeanor at all times, have the ability to multitask effectively, manage your time efficiently, and demonstrate basic computer proficiency. This is a full-time position with benefits including health insurance. The work schedule is Monday to Friday, with night shifts and US shifts. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of total work experience and must be able to work in person at the designated location.
