Job Description

Key ResponsibilitiesVisitor & Guest Management

Greet and welcome clients, vendors, and visitors warmly as they arrive.
Direct guests to the appropriate person, department, or meeting room.
Maintain office security by monitoring visitor logbooks, issuing badges, and managing access control.
Keep the reception area tidy, presentable, and stocked with necessary materials (forms, brochures, sign-in sheets). [1, 2, 3, 4, 5]

Communications & Call Handling

Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls using a multi-line telephone system.
Take and deliver clear, accurate messages to staff members.
Respond to general inquiries received in person, via phone, or through email.

Administrative & Clerical Support

Manage calendars and schedule conference rooms, appointments, or internal meetings.
Sort and distribute incoming mail, packages, and courier deliveries; prepare outgoing post.
Perform general clerical tasks including filing, photocopying, scanning, data entry, and faxing.
Monitor office supplies and place replenishment orders as needed.
Assist with basic bookkeeping or record-keeping, such as tracking petty cash or visitor expenses

Pay: ₹18,800.00 - ₹26,000.00 per month
