Job Description

  • Welcome and greet visitors, clients, and guests professionally.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing telephone calls and direct them to the appropriate departments.
  • Maintain visitor records and ensure proper visitor management.
  • Handle meeting room bookings and coordinate meeting arrangements.
  • Receive and distribute courier packages and other official documents.
  • Coordinate with the Administration and HR teams for day-to-day office activities.
  • Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
  • Assist with employee and visitor queries and provide necessary information.
  • Maintain records, registers, and other front office documentation.
  • Coordinate refreshments for meetings and visitors, whenever required.
  • Support general administrative activities as assigned.

Pay: ₹3,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
