Kiran Infertility Center is dedicated to providing compassionate, professional, and patient-focused fertility care. We are looking for a friendly, organized, and responsible Front Desk Receptionist to welcome patients and support the smooth functioning of our clinic.

Key Responsibilities

Greet patients and visitors warmly and professionally.
Manage patient appointments, registrations, and follow-up visits.
Handle incoming phone calls, WhatsApp messages, and patient inquiries.
Coordinate appointments between patients, doctors, and medical staff.
Maintain patient records and ensure confidentiality of medical information.
Manage reception activities, patient files, and daily appointment schedules.
Guide patients regarding consultation timings, clinic procedures, and billing processes.
Assist with billing, payments, and maintaining daily records, as required.
Ensure the reception and waiting area remain clean, organized, and welcoming.
Provide courteous support to patients and their families throughout their visit.

Required Qualifications and Skills

Minimum qualification: 12th pass; graduation preferred.
Previous experience as a receptionist, preferably in a hospital, fertility clinic, or healthcare setting, is an advantage.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office.
Ability to manage appointments, phone calls, and multiple tasks efficiently.
Polite, patient, well-organized, and professional attitude.
Fluency in Hindi and basic English; knowledge of other local languages is an advantage.
Ability to maintain patient privacy and handle sensitive information responsibly.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
