Job Description
Maintain a high level of knowledge about Jumeirah Emirates Towers facilities and services Dubai (UAE) and other Jumeirah properties
Having exposure to aspects of trading in various fixed income products
Support pre-sales services such as outbound telephone calls and follow up with the customers
Provide phone support services when operationally required (overflow, backup for phone resources)
Support post sales services such as outbound telephone calls and follow up with the customers
Project manage operations components of key systems upgrades system upgrades
Support key cash execution platforms
Review APAC In-country regulatory requirements and set action plans to incorporate findings into the appropriate FOS work stream
Work in conjunction with the APAC Business and Functions personnel to drive regional specific requirement, execute and implement change with core FOS team
Promote and enhance awareness of FOS Program in the region
