Job Description

The Front Desk Manager (FDM) at a Muzigal academy is responsible for leading front desk operations, ensuring exceptional customer experiences, and managing daily administrative tasks using the company's standardized systems. Key responsibilities and duties typically include:

  • Customer Interaction: Welcoming students and parents with a warm and friendly attitude, addressing their inquiries, and ensuring a positive overall experience.
  • Administration & Operations:
  • Managing class schedules, bookings, and appointments.
  • Handling phone calls and responding to emails promptly and professionally.
  • Providing general administrative support to the academy team.
  • Maintaining a smooth and welcoming front-office environment.
  • Sales & Marketing Support: In some cases, the role may involve aspects of counseling potential students/parents and managing online inquiries or local marketing efforts, collaborating with franchisee partners where applicable.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
