Job Description

  • Consultations with clients/patients to understand their concerns
  • Personalized treatment recommendations based on the client's needs and the clinic's offerings
  • Treatment plans and packages for clients, addressing their specific concerns and goals
  • Service and Products information and explanations, recommendations
  • Building Rapport with thorough conversation and service-oriented objectives
  • Sales and Conversions with negotiations skills
  • Follow-up and Retention
  • Client Records Management
  • Collaborative Approach with the team
  • Events, promotions and workshops
  • Client Feedback and Complaint Resolution
  • Manage the entire customer experience cycle from entry to exit and beyond
  • Sound knowledge of clinic procedure and machinery used in the clinic.

Pay: From ₹300,000.00 per year
