FRONT DESK EXECUTIVE

Location: Jayanagar 7th Block, Bengaluru
Experience: 2 Years

Requirements:

Professional and presentable personality.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Pleasant attitude and strong customer-handling abilities.
Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office.
Experience in front desk operations, reception, or office administration.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Welcome and assist visitors and clients professionally.
Handle incoming calls, emails, and general enquiries.
Manage appointments, visitor records, and meeting schedules.
Support day-to-day office administration.
