Front Desk Administrator

Key Skills & Qualifications:

Minimum
2+ years
of experience in front desk administration or similar roles.

incoming and outgoing mail, couriers, and documents
.
Perform general
clerical duties
like filing, scanning, and printing.
Manage
vendor coordination, expenses, and asset tracking

Oversee
petty cash management
and handle
basic accounts-related tasks
including cheques and other financial documents.
Assist with
appointment scheduling
and office coordination as needed.
