We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a comprehensive understanding of HR functions and processes, with at least 2 years of experience in an HR generalist role. You will be responsible for managing the full employee lifecycle and supporting strategic HR initiatives. Key Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes Handle employee records, HR documentation, and statutory compliance Administer payroll inputs, attendance, and leave management systems Oversee performance management and employee engagement activities Provide support in training & development programs along with employee engagement Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies Address employee queries and support grievance resolution Assist in policy formulation and HR process improvements Coordinate internal communication and HR reporting
